Location ： Asmo Theater （ Capacity 113 people ） ＊ Former Movie Theater
1735 Takasi, Mobara, Chiba （ In Mobara Shopping Plaza Asmo ）
＊ This is a joint event with Mobara Machiiku Project.

[Submission Period]
From 6/12/2023 to 8/21/2023

[About the Submission Requirements]
・ Must be an original independent film completed after January 1, 2020
・
・ Films that are mainly in languages other than Japanese must have Japanese subtitles
・ Films must not have been released for more than 7 days for a fee
・ Films that are currently available online
・ All rights including music and visual copyrights must have been taken care of
・ The work must not be offensive to public order and morals
・ The work must not have been submitted to or won any other
・ If nominated, the film must be available for screening on Blu-ray or DVD on the day of the festival
・ If nominated, the director or someone related to the film must attend the festival as a guest
・ Applicants under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before submitting their film
By submitting a film, the applicant's parents or guardians are also deemed to have agreed to these guidelines
・ The copyright of the submitted film belongs to the applicant, ・ The organizer may screen, reproduce, broadcast, publish on the official website, video distribution service, etc., print, exhibit, etc., without compensation for the purpose of publicity of the Festival
