I cannot log-in to my account.

A

Please check the followings when you cannot log-in:

(1) You made mistakes in typing log-in email address or password
Please enter email address and password in English one-byte character and make sure all information is correct.
You'll receive an error message if you enter a space in your email address or password.
Please also note that you need to use capital and lower case letters correctly.

(2) Your account has not been activated
You need to activate your account to complete User Registration.
Once you fill out User Registration form, you will receive Activation Email at your registered email address.
Please click the URL listed in Activation Email. If you lost or accidentally deleted the email, please contact us from here.

(3) Your Cookie is set off
*Cookie is a function to temporarily save user information on Internet Browser.
Please make sure your Cookie setting is on:

a. Microsoft Internet Explorer
Go to Tool > Internet Option > Privacy > Settings and lower the slider to allow Cookie.

b. Mozilla Forefox
Go to Option > Privacy and select [Use custom settings for history] and click [Accept cookies from sites] to allow Cookie.

c. Google Chrome
Go to Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content Settings and select [Allow local data to be set] to allow Cookie.

Your Cookie settings may have changed for some reasons. Please confirm your setting by following the above steps.
